2. Title of Training : Advances in Livestock Disease Informatics and Biostatistics
Training Details : The Short Course is open for participants from ICAR Institutes, / State Agricultural Universities / Central Agricultural Universities/ Veterinary Universities and Krishi Vigyan Kendras. The participants should possess a M.V. Sc. Degree from any of the recognized university in one of the following subjects. Veterinary Pathology, Veterinary Microbiology/ Virology, Veterinary Parasitology, Veterinary Public Health and Veterinary Medicine or Preventive Veterinary Medicine and are in the cadre of Assistant professor or above or equivalent with a minimum of two years of teaching / research experience. Participants will be selected on the basis of their ability benefit from the programme. As per the ICAR s policy, a few participants from the basic sciences may also be selected.

5. Title of Training : Model Training Course on - Comprehensive approaches for the diagnosis and control of brucellosis
Training Details : Two officers from each state working in the diagnostic laboratories or Veterinary Officers taking care of Wild life, Livestock farms and Project sponsored by state and Central Govt. Agencies are preferred.
The boarding and lodging will be arranged as per provisions given by Ministry of Agriculture (GOI), guidelines. The officers/trainee nominated by the state development department will be paid TA, on actual basis, as per their entitlement, which will be restricted to maximum of AC-II tier rail fare/Bus fare.
